Job summary

Neovia is seeking an entry-level IT Infrastructure Analyst I to join our Indianapolis-based Infrastructure Engineering team. You will support deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of core infrastructure while delivering first-class customer support.

This role is ideal for recent graduates building hands-on experience with enterprise technologies. You’ll work with endpoints, VMs, storage, cloud platforms, identity services, and monitoring tools, collaborating across Network Services,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of Windows and Linux server operating systems.
• Virtualization fundamentals (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Basic cloud and storage concepts.
• Security fundamentals including firewalls, EDR, vulnerabilities.
• MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support through service desk tools, prioritizing customer service.
• Assist in the configuration and maintenance of systems, applications, and tooling.
• Support day-to-day infrastructure operations, including monitoring, preventive maintenance, and issue response.
• Help troubleshoot basic VM, storage, cloud, identity, security, and performance problems under guidance from senior engineers.
• Assist with access and configuration changes following established procedures.
