Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to manage cloud and server infrastructure, enhance security, and support IT projects across locations including potential remote work. The role covers Office 365, AVD, and on-call rotations to ensure reliability and scalability.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional experience, strong Windows Server and cloud skills (Azure/AWS), and proficiency with PowerShell and Bicep.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant IT infrastructure experience in a professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bicep, batch files).
• Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and outside business hours.

Responsibilities

• Administer enterprise tech systems, performing maintenance on servers and cloud environments.
• Respond to Help Desk requests and assist firm users, including mobile support.
• Support migrations, upgrades, and cloud integrations as part of projects.
• Deploy and maintain AVD environments for secure remote access.
• Manage Office 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Implement security measures, RBAC, and compliance controls across platforms.
• Collaborate on backup strategies, disaster recovery, and data protection.
• Monitor, alert, and respond to incidents; document changes per ITIL practices.
• Develop automation scripts; document configurations and provide reporting.
