Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2-year degree preferred or commensurate experience.
• 3+ years of relevant IT experience, preferably in professional services.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bicep, batch files).
• Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and secure cloud and server infrastructure.
• Provide Office 365 administration across Exchange Online, Teams, Teams Phones, and OneDrive.
• Support migrations, upgrades, and cloud integrations.
• Respond to user issues and requests routed by the Help Desk.
• Participate in on-call rotations for critical systems.
