Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Lead IT GRC Analyst to drive the operational execution and continuous improvement of the Cyber Governance & Controls function. You will coordinate across Cybersecurity, Legal, Privacy, Audit, and Procurement to ensure clear ownership, evidence, and sustainable control outcomes.

The role focuses on eight service lines including policy lifecycle, baselines, third-party monitoring, and regulatory interpretation, with a focus on automation and measurable governance health.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in governance, risk management, compliance, cybersecurity operations, business operations, or service operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple stakeholders in a complex organization.
• Experience developing executive reporting, scorecards, dashboards, and performance measures.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex governance topics into clear, audience-appropriate messages.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end governance operations, playbooks, lifecycle schedules, and recurring operating rhythms.
• Coordinate policy forums, standards reviews, governance sessions, steering decisions, and quarterly reviews.
• Lead the Global Cybersecurity Governance Steering Committee with agenda planning, materials, and decision tracking.
• Chair the Global Cybersecurity Governance Working Group to align governance priorities and ensure actions are completed.
• Define roles, RACIs, reviewers, and evidence expectations across governance services.
• Maintain governance evidence cadence, definitions of done, and service owners across the portfolio.
• Separate administrative, technical, and operational governance with ongoing monitoring and sustainment.
• Develop governance metrics, reporting, and executive communications.
