Job summary

Frost seeks an IT and Digital Product Owner III to lead and shape complex software initiatives in a banking context. You will provide both technical and functional input to design, build, test, and integrate software components while driving a best-in-class user experience.

You’ll own roadmaps, write user stories, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver value. You will leverage Agile methodologies, collaborate with stakeholders, and lead Product Owners across the enterprise, embracing

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban in a digital space.
• 4 years of experience in product ownership or product management of a digital product or platform end-to-end.
• 4 years of experience in customer experience management, engaging with end-users and stakeholders.
• 4 years of experience in business analysis, writing user stories/acceptance criteria.
• 4 years of experience in banking, finance, or related product area.
• 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office including advanced Excel functions

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional input to design, maintain, build, integrate, and test complex software components.
• Continuously create and improve the user experience.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize workflow and deliver quality products on time.
• Lead product ownership team in executing complex roadmaps and writing user stories.
• Coordinate with the team to define and iterate the product based on strategy.
• Ensure development workflow is optimized for timely delivery.
• Resolve and prevent issues in the development process to meet requirements.
• Partner with product manager by socializing solutions and seeking feedback.
• Provide guidance to other Product Owners across the enterprise.
• Act with integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve outcomes.
