VC3, Inc. is seeking an IT Design Architect II to join our Professional Services team remotely in Canada.

You will shape infrastructure strategy, align projects with the Business Architecture framework, and guide client implementations across network, compute, and storage to deliver reliable, scalable solutions. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in infrastructure design, a degree in IT or CS, and strong collaboration skills to partner with Client Strategy, PMO, and delivery teams on high-impact

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in supporting and maintaining server, storage, network and backups in SMB environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of identity, access management, encryption, and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Design and align infrastructure work with the Business Architecture framework and IT strategy.
• Collaborate with Client Strategy, PMO and Implementation teams on client onboarding.
• Produce high-level blueprints to guide implementation of business solutions.
• Assess requirements against standards and cost-effective architectural options.
