Job summary

Council for Professional Recognition seeks an IT Data Integration & DevOps Analyst to design and support enterprise data integrations across YourCouncil, Dataverse, Azure Synapse, Dynamics 365, and related Microsoft platforms. This role focuses on secure, scalable data solutions for analytics, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in data management and strong experience with Azure-based tools, SQL, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

5+ years of data management and systems integration experience in Microsoft environments.
Hands-on with Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and Azure DevOps.
Strong SQL, data modeling, and enterprise data integration skills.
Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, and large-scale data solutions.
Familiarity with CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices.
Scripting in PowerShell and Python; knowledge of data governance.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support data integrations, pipelines, and deployment processes.
Ensure data accuracy, security, and availability across systems.
Develop data models and transformations for reporting, analytics, and AI.
Improve data quality, governance, and compliance.
Maintain CI/CD and deployment automation; manage environments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align data solutions with needs.
