Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to recruit IT compliance experts who can help train its language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role targets candidates with 5+ years in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance, IT audit, or information security, and direct ownership of SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST framework work.

This fully remote engagement offers $90/hour with flexible hours (5–20 hours per week or more). Start date ASAP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity GRC, IT audit, or information security compliance with ownership of SOC 2/ISO27001/NIST work.
• Experience drafting risk assessments, control matrices, and vendor security questionnaires per a framework.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.
