Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Management, Economics, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• 7+ years in Supply Management, Procurement, or IT Business Office roles.
• Experience overseeing IT services and suppliers.
• Strong IT marketplace knowledge and industry norms.
• Experience with IT services contracts, statements of work, and managed services.
• Negotiation skills with pay-for-performance and shared risk.
