Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role; experience with low-code platforms and SQL/data visualization tooling preferred.
• Certifications: CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe.

Responsibilities

• Bridge IT and business units to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify gaps and improvements.
• Lead system testing, UAT, and acceptance criteria with QA.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and DevOps to design scalable solutions.
• Develop documentation: functional specs, workflow diagrams, and design requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
