Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking an Internal Audit IT Manager to join the Global Internal Audit team as a remote employee in the United States.

The role leads IT audits, manages a co-source team, and partners with IT and Cybersecurity to strengthen controls across ERP, cloud, and cybersecurity domains. You will oversee IT internal audits and external IT testing, develop audit methodologies, and contribute to the annual risk assessment and audit plan in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years IT audit, SOX IT testing, or IT risk/compliance experience.
• Experience managing a co-sourced team.
• Broad IT audit experience across ITGCs, ITACs, ERP, Cloud, Cybersecurity, OT/ICS.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT internal audits end-to-end: planning, fieldwork, reporting; manage co-source team.
• Assess ITGCs, ITACs, ERP, cloud and OT/ICS controls in manufacturing environments.
• Evaluate cybersecurity, data governance, cloud infra, data lake, and third-party IT risk controls.
• Audit ERP systems (SAP & Others) across O2C, P2P, and other processes.
• Draft audit reports and present findings to senior leadership.
• Partner with IT, Cybersecurity, and business for remediation tracking.
• Execute IT SOX control testing for external audit requirements.
• Review SOC 1 reports for third-party providers.
• Document test results and coordinate with external audit team.
• Directly manage and oversee co-sourced audit delivery.
