Job summary

The Oregon Health Authority is seeking an Asset Management Coordinator (Information Systems Specialist 5) to coordinate IT asset purchases and inventory, track metrics, and support strategic IT asset management initiatives.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and knowledge of IT hardware/software, with opportunities to lead projects and provide training across the organization.

Qualifications

• Four years of information systems experience in software procurement for a complex IT system infrastructure.
• Two years of information systems experience in IT asset management or software procurement in a government setting.
• Bachelor’s degree may substitute for all of the above.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT asset management purchases and inventory.
• Track and produce metrics related to IT asset management.
• Provide analytical and technical support for asset management.
• Lead projects as assigned and participate in strategic planning.
• Provide technical consultation and training to users and IS support staff.
