Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Java, C++, or Python.
• Experience with database management and SQL.
• Knowledge of system architecture and design principles.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Experience with cloud computing and virtualization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, process flows, and user guides.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide timely support to end-users.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and make recommendations for their implementation to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure systems and applications are functioning properly.
• Provide training and support to team members and end-users on new systems and processes.
• Monitor system performance and identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.
• Assist with the planning and execution of IT projects, including system upgrades and implementations.
• Maintain data security and integrity by implementing and enforcing appropriate security measures.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.
