UDT is seeking an Account Support Representative to maximize productivity for Field Account Managers by serving as the primary contact for quotes, orders, and support.

The role emphasizes timely, accurate responses to customer requests and proactive communications across UDTEstore, UDT Hub, and pricing configurations. Strong communication and multitasking are essential in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales/customer service experience or technology industry background.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Office applications.
• Able to multitask and manage multiple customer requests with speed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for customers throughout quoting, ordering, and support processes.
• Provide accurate quotes, process orders, and assist with RMA requests.
• Guide customers through UDTEstore and UDT Hub and digital tools.
• Deliver timely, professional responses and proactive status updates on quotes and orders.
• Escalate complex issues to Field AM, RFP Team, or vendor as needed.
• Build relationships with sales and other internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
