Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking an experienced Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to lead security compliance for a FedRAMP-authorized cloud. You will partner with Engineering, Cloud Operations, DevOps, Product, and Compliance to maintain authorization, monitor security posture, and drive improvements across Azure, AWS, and GCP environments.

The role requires deep knowledge of NIST 800-53, FISMA, RMF, and continuous monitoring, with responsibilities spanning documentation,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information systems, CS, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in information security, cybersecurity, or compliance.
• 3+ years supporting FedRAMP, FISMA, or federal compliance programs.
• Experience maintaining FedRAMP Moderate/High environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Serve as ISSO for FedRAMP-authorized systems and maintain ATO.
• Lead continuous monitoring and reporting per FedRAMP.
• Coordinate annual assessments, audits, and 3PAO activities.
• Manage communications with federal agencies and stakeholders.
• Support security risk assessments, POA&M tracking, and remediation.
• Ensure NSS/NIST controls and security reviews for cloud deployments.
