Aon seeks a Manager, Investment Consultant to join our Bid and Pursuit Management Team. This is a Virtual position that enables you to work remotely, reporting to the Director of Wealth Solutions and coordinating with Sales, Solutions Leaders, and Compliance.

The role leads strategic Investment Consulting pursuits, directing end-to-end processes, and ensuring proposals are compelling, accurate, compliant, on brand, and delivered on time.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in proposal management, pursuit management, consulting, sales enablement, or related field.
• Experience in Investment Consulting, investment management, retirement consulting, or financial services.
• Proven success leading complex projects with stakeholder management and tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and proposal tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Investment Consulting pursuits and develop winning strategies.
• Direct end-to-end pursuit lifecycle: planning, coordination, risk, and finalist presentations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Compliance, and client teams to create compelling solutions.
• Drive operational excellence using data, insights, and pursuit outcomes to improve processes.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team with ongoing learning opportunities.
• Align pursuit strategies with Wealth Solutions' growth objectives.
• Analyze pursuit performance and market data to improve win rates.
• Maintain alignment with organizational objectives and strong team performance.
