Eliassen Group is seeking an Investment Accounting Senior Manager to lead the investment reporting team responsible for monthly and quarterly closes, working remotely. The role requires deep knowledge of US GAAP and US statutory reporting, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and strong controls.

You will oversee balance sheet reconciliations, collaborate with auditors, and drive process improvements across investment accounting functions.

Qualifications

Extensive investment accounting experience under US GAAP.
Experience with US statutory reporting.
Proven leadership of month-end and quarter-end closes.
Balance sheet reconciliations experience.
Experience managing or supervising an accounting or reporting team.
Strong proficiency with accounting systems and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

Lead the investment reporting team for monthly and quarterly closes.
Prepare and review investment schedules under US GAAP and US statutory bases.
Oversee and ensure completion of monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations.
Establish reporting controls, timelines, and quality standards.
Coordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and support reporting requirements.
Drive process improvements and documentation for investment accounting and reporting.
