The Arizona Department of Child Safety is seeking an Investigative Analyst for the Office of Child Welfare Investigations. This statewide role conducts comprehensive research and analysis using open and restricted information sources to support child safety investigations and disseminates intelligence to authorized stakeholders.

The analyst also serves as an ACJIS Assistant System Security Officer and creates analytic products such as timelines and association charts to inform decision making.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience with law enforcement, criminal justice, or military data analysis.
• Ability to secure and maintain Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Ability to secure and maintain Level B ACJIS terminal operator certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Skill in researching, gathering, organizing, and analyzing data to draw logical conclusions.
• Ability to design graphical presentations and interpret complex subjects clearly.
