Responsibilities

• Build relationships with key accounts to drive long-term value.
• Watch competitor moves and advise which matter.
• Decide the one metric this quarter's effort hinges on.
• Stress-test the forecast against the ID scenario.
• Run discovery with ID operators to uncover hidden data.
• Find the lever that moves leadership's metric.
• Sit between Demand Planning and Manhattan Associates WMS teams.
