The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, proficient in Excel (Access knowledge helpful), and hold an associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel; Access is helpful.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Ability to travel overnight 50–70% of the time.
• Strong data interpretation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Tour universities, colleges, and hospitals to collect data and locate equipment.
• Interface with clients via meeting or telephone to discuss project scope and findings.
• Analyze data for project planning, execution and closure.
• Work with senior team members to solve client-specific challenges.
• Learn basic principles of commercial building construction.
