Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years’ experience in data analysis or equivalent role.
• Excellent analytical skills; comfort with numbers and data.
• Ability to proactively and creatively problem solve.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; PowerBI and SQL experience a plus but not required.
• No publishing experience required.

Aufgaben

• Development and support of ongoing cost-savings initiatives critical to the Inventory Management team and wider Publishing Operations group.
• Support of non-traditional inventory programs, including automated printing and print on demand.
• Daily management of titles at remote locations, including recently established UK warehouse, through local printing and transfer programs.
• Ownership of data flows from external vendors into Inventory maintained reports and dashboards.
• Development and maintenance of operational best practices for the Inventory Management team, including regular updates to sales and returns status, stock review and clean-up, and reporting against established KPIs.
• Special projects as needed.
