Job summary

Oneleet is seeking an Internal Security Compliance Auditor to strengthen pre-audit readiness across SOC 2, ISO27001, PCI, HIPAA, and GDPR. You’ll review client evidence, validate controls, and perform final QA checks with Security Program Managers, collaborating with engineers to close gaps while maintaining high standards that differentiate Oneleet in the market.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of SOC2, ISO27001, PCI, HIPAA, and GDPR requirements.
• Experience reviewing evidence for external audits and pre-audit readiness.
• Attention to detail and strong written communication.
• Ability to work independently across multiple engagements.
• Familiarity with automation tools for evidence collection.

Responsibilities

• Perform internal reviews of client evidence for compliance frameworks.
• Conduct QA checks for controls prior to audits with third-party firms.
• Identify gaps and suggest improvements.
• Develop internal QA standards and guidance.
• Collaborate with Security Program Engineers to address gaps.
• Stay current on evolving compliance requirements.
• Track audit readiness metrics and identify process improvements.
• Provide feedback to the product team for platform enhancements.
