Job summary

Oneleet is seeking an Associate Security Program Manager to bridge internal QA evidence reviews with client-facing security program work. You’ll guide clients from initial consultation through audit readiness, ensuring evidence is complete and controls are implemented effectively.

The role blends governance reviews with practical, customer-facing program support in a dynamic startup. You’ll collaborate with Security Program Managers, and grow into a full Security Program Manager, while

Qualifications

• 3+ years in information security, compliance, or audit.
• Experience with implementing and auditing SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, and PCI controls.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructures (AWS/Azure/GCP) and IaC tools (Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform).
• Strong client-facing and project-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Join and run consultation calls to understand client security posture and goals.
• Support Security Program Managers in building technical and administrative controls.
• Help translate security concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate with auditors to meet expectations and timelines.
• Review evidence and drive improvements to achieve audit readiness.
• Maintain QA standards and contribute to guidance documents for clients.
