Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking an Internal Penetration Tester to join a high-impact cybersecurity team in a fully remote role. The position centers on manual testing, tool customization, and collaboration with clients and internal teams to deliver actionable findings.

The candidate will analyze AD structures, practice current attack techniques, and produce clear reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong scripting in Python/PowerShell is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of internal penetration testing or offensive security experience.
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux, including AD analysis and registry review.
• Experience with professional pen-testing tools: BloodHound, Mimikatz, Metasploit, Cobalt Strike.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal penetration tests across Windows and Linux environments.
• Perform manual testing to identify vulnerabilities and lateral movement paths.
• Customize and configure tools for client environments and objectives.
