Job summary

Cetera Financial Group is seeking an Internal Business Development Consultant to attract and recruit independent, growth-oriented Financial Professionals to Cetera’s network of Broker Dealers. You’ll be the first point of contact, articulating the value of our model and the advantages of affiliating with CFG.

You will coordinate with External Recruiters and cross-functional teams to drive leads, manage pipelines, and create compelling sales enablement materials that support our advisor community

Qualifications

• Clear and effective communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce and Outlook.
• Understanding of sales techniques.
• Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Support External Recruiters by scheduling appointments and managing the recruiting pipeline.
• Lead targeted recruiting campaigns within assigned territories with External Recruiters.
• Be the first point of contact for prospective financial professionals and explain CFG’s model.
• Evaluate candidate fit using book of business, conversations, and public info.
• Track candidate progress with Salesforce and Excel.
• Collaborate to develop transition packages and assist lead generation efforts.
