Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an Internal Audit - Finance professional to audit financial and operational projects and support SOX compliance. You will lead audits, identify risks, perform testing, and review controls while collaborating with business units.

The role also involves transitioning controls for acquisitions, developing junior staff, and contributing to data analytics, DE&I, and training programs within a results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• 4+ years of internal and/or external audit experience preferred.
• Understands concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks.
• May contribute to policy and procedure development; works on complex projects with limited guidance.

Responsibilities

• Auditing financial and operational projects within Internal Audit - Finance.
• Lead, manage and execute audits, identify risks, perform testing and review controls.
• Support transition of controls/processes for acquisitions and transformations.
• Develop less experienced staff and participate in risk assessments for annual planning.
• Communicate audit issues to the business and collaborate on action plans.
• Participate in Data Analytics, Training, DE&I and other development initiatives.
