Responsibilities

• Assist Clinical Project Manager with initiatives to improve Clinical Operations processes and document organization.
• Help develop and implement a standardized document organization system.
• Prepare user guidance and reference materials for document management.
• Support centralized Clinical Operations dashboard and update study information and milestones.
• Participate in cross-functional project meetings and document key discussions and actions.
• Provide coordination support: scheduling, minutes, action items, status reporting.
• Assist in preparing project presentations and governance materials.
• Collaborate with Program & Portfolio Management and other stakeholders to support activities.
