Job summary

ORIX USA is seeking an Employee Experience & Communications Intern to support the intranet migration from SharePoint to Interact and help improve employee access to information. You will assist with content management, create clear copy, and develop user guides while collaborating across cross-functional teams.

The role is remote or hybrid from Columbus, OH or Dallas, TX, requiring 10-20 hours per week for at least 8 weeks, with potential extension based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and editing with attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps (PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• Comfort learning new platforms/tools and creating clear intranet content.

Responsibilities

• Migrate intranet content from SharePoint to Interact.
• Audit, organize, and migrate historical content and resources.
• Draft and edit intranet page copy for content builds; leverage AI tools.
• Design simple graphics for intranet pages using Canva and PowerPoint.
• Create user guides, FAQs, and support materials for the new intranet.
• Support Learning & Development by converting training materials to digital resources.
