CNC Home & Design is seeking an experienced Interior Designer for a part-time, 1099 contract role to support the CEO/Principal. You will oversee design projects from concept to installation, coordinating budgets, timelines, and client communications across remote and on-site work.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in interior design and 3+ years of project management, with proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite; strong organizational and client-relations skills are essential in

Competenze

• Interior Design degree and 7+ years of relevant experience, plus 3+ years of PM experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; strong MS Office, G-Suite, Zoom, and Asana skills.
• Experience with MyDoma Studio, Illustrator, Chief Architect, InDesign, Photoshop; Canva and Harvest preferred.

• Management & coordination of design projects.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and document measurements.
• Own design presentation development and deliverables.
• Create, edit, and complete project layouts, 3D renderings, and elevations in AutoCAD or SketchUp.
• Source products and finishes within project budgets.
• Create and regularly update FF&E schedules.
• Lead internal and client meetings and document decisions.
• Source alternatives for backordered items and recommend options.
• Analyze and resolve design/installation challenges.
• Act as liaison with client, vendors, and general contractors.
• Provide weekly client updates and exceptional client service.
• Ensure projects are on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee on-site client appointments, deliveries, installations, and trade appointments.
• Coordinate trade vendor and installation appointments.
• Attend new client consultations and compile reports.
• Prepare for and coordinate project photo shoots.
• Bring new ideas and process improvements.
