Qualifications
3-5+ years of commercial design firm experience is necessary.
Experience with multi-family and/or hospitality projects is preferred.
RID licensure and NCIDQ certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
Translate Design Development packages into accurate construction documentation.
Produce detailed plans, elevations, and schedules that communicate design intent.
Coordinate with various consultants to ensure integration of interior scope.
