Job Title: REMOTE Interior Architect (Production)

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Interior Architect to design and manage all phases of the interior architectural design process for multi-family, healthcare, and commercial projects. This role requires a strong focus on construction documentation, drawings, and production, including elevations, from the start of the design process through to completion.

Responsibilities

Design and manage all phases of interior architectural design for multi-family, healthcare, and commercial projects.

Develop construction documentation, drawings, and elevations.

Collaborate with the design team to ensure projects meet client standards and timelines.

Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to produce high-quality designs.

Create construction document sets for various projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

5+ years of experience in multi-family, healthcare, and/or hospitality design.

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.

Experience in creating construction document sets.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in corporate interiors and hospitality design is a plus.

Knowledge in Sketchup and millwork.

This position is open due to a recent increase in healthcare and housing/multi-family projects. The work environment offers flexibility with typical work hours ranging from 40-45 hours per week. Employees have the option of a hybrid schedule, coming into the office twice a week, or working 100% remotely if located outside the Baltimore area. Benefits include free parking, 100% employer-paid healthcare, a 401K match, and a bonus program based on projects. Employees receive 3 weeks of vacation annually, along with 9 recognized holidays, and additional time off from Christmas to New Year's Day, totaling over 5 weeks of PTO each year. The company offers a collaborative and autonomous work environment with flexible hours.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $36.00/hr.
