Job Description
This role is responsible for supporting clients with various tasks within the accounting and finance functions.
Job Duties
- Function in various capacities including Controller, CFO, or Project Leader for clients.
- Manage multiple client stakeholders simultaneously.
- Prepare miscellaneous accounting reports.
- Lead and participate in various ad hoc projects.
- Oversee all aspects of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.
- Perform due diligence procedures for clients.
- Assist clients with SEC Reporting.
- Resolve complex accounting issues and assist with implementation of new accounting standards such as ASC606 and ASC842.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, required; focus in Accounting preferred.
- Master’s degree, preferred.
- Ten (10) or more years of related experience, required.
- Experience with public, private, or private equity companies, required.
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or SAP, required.
- Experience with MS Excel at an advanced level, preferred.
- CPA certification, preferred.
