Qualifications

• Experience coordinating contracting activities on facilities management projects.
• Ability to review bids, costs and proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Experience managing schedules and budgets for architectural/engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates Contracting Officer Representative functions for Facilities Management projects.
• Review bids, costs and proposals, negotiate contracts.
• Manage solicitation terms for work, objectives and requirements and adhere to project scope and design guidelines.
• Implements project management responsibilities and schedules, budget and technical reviews for project scope and contract submissions.
• Conducts and secures clearances (archaeological, environmental, etc.) before construction and ensures compliance with codes.
