• Coordinate contracting officer representative functions for facilities management projects and review bids, costs and proposals; negotiate contracts and manage solicitation terms.
• Oversee design, project scope and design guidelines; ensure compliance with architectural and engineering standards during reviews and submissions.
• Interface with Tribal leaders, state and federal officials, and other stakeholders to present projects, outline impacts, and ensure schedules and design specifications are met.
