Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Interaction Designer/ UI Engineer for a 12+ month remote contract in the US. The role focuses on designing and building high-quality experiences with a systems approach and collaborating with engineers to implement designs.

Responsibilities include evolving the design system, prototyping with Figma and AI tooling, and ensuring WCAG accessibility. Proficiency in HTML/CSS/JavaScript/React and headless CMS workflows is required.

Qualifications

5+ years hybrid design/frontend experience working on B2C products.
Proficient with Figma, creating and scaling design systems.
Experience with emerging AI design tooling and workflows.
WCAG accessibility standards compliance.
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React (or modern frontend framework).
Familiarity with headless CMS platforms.

Responsibilities

Design and build high-quality experiences with a systems approach.
Contribute to and evolve the design system: developing reusable components and documentation.
Translate experience specifications, content and creative direction into polished UI and working code.
Work with Figma or emerging AI design tooling to design, spec, and prototype.
Integrate and manage content through Sitecore (headless CMS), supporting real-world publishing needs.
Participate in design critiques
Partner with engineers on implementation.
