Job summary

Gramian Consulting Group seeks experienced Intelligence Operations specialists to evaluate AI training content focused on intelligence operations and national security. You will assess realism of collection methodologies and provide structured feedback to improve AI reasoning.

Ideal candidates have civilian intelligence agency background and expertise in HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, or related disciplines. This is an independent contractor, remote/flexible work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Current or previous civilian intelligence agency experience.
• Experience in at least one discipline: HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, IC Management, or Intelligence Operations.
• Understanding of collection processes and national security needs.
• Excellent written communication and ability to provide structured feedback.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated intelligence scenarios and assess national security relevance.
• Check realism and accuracy of collection methodologies and operational processes.
• Refine intelligence case studies, summaries, and scenario materials.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, unsupported assumptions in AI content.
• Assess application of collection disciplines and interagency coordination.
• Ensure scenarios reflect civilian agency procedures, legal authorities.
• Provide clear, detailed feedback to improve AI reasoning.
• Apply professional judgment to distinguish realistic practices from inaccuracies.
• Deliver well-organized written assessments within project requirements.
