Crossing Hurdles is seeking an Intelligence Operations & Collection Expert for a remote contract role. You will evaluate AI-generated scenarios, assess methods, and refine materials related to national security decision-making.

The ideal candidate has civilian intelligence agency experience in operations or collection, expertise in HUMINT/SIGINT/OSINT, and strong analytical and written communication skills to provide structured feedback on AI reasoning and content quality.

Type: Contract

Compensation: $50 - $1000/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

• Assess the accuracy, realism, and relevance of intelligence collection methodologies and operational processes.

• Provide structured feedback to improve AI reasoning and understanding of intelligence operations.

Requirements

• Have strong relevant experience within a civilian intelligence agency, particularly in intelligence operations, collection, or collection management.
• Demonstrated expertise in HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, or other intelligence collection disciplines.
• Understanding of civilian intelligence agency procedures, operational frameworks, legal authorities, and interagency coordination.
