What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform a variety of complex privacy and administrative duties with a high degree of skill and accuracy
- Conduct periodic assessments to measure levels of risk and compliance within the organization
- Manage and implement small-scale projects and initiatives related to privacy and compliance
- Research, compile, and analyze data to support operational projects and initiatives
- Monitor and audit electronic health record (EHR) access, investigating any inappropriate access findings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of four (4) years of healthcare experience, including Integrity and Audit Services
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, electronic medical record (EMR) technology, and database utilization
- Experience with EMR systems, such as EPIC
- Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations related to healthcare compliance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of healthcare operations and IT applications
- Compliance, Audit, and/or Privacy Certification
