Job Summary

The Enterprise Integrations Application Developer III (API/Azure) is responsible for designing, coding, testing, and analyzing enterprise integrations and APIs, including research, design, documentation, and modifications throughout the production lifecycle on cloud and on-premises environments. This role sets the vision and direction for the Enterprise Integrations team, adhering to best practices and aligning with CareSource IT's vision. It involves oversight of enterprise integrations and APIs, working closely with architects to establish coding standards, ensure robust system design, and architect new and existing systems and APIs.

Essential Functions

  • Analyze, design, code, and test software (APIs and integrations) through the production lifecycle according to specifications that meet business requirements.
  • Monitor software performance, troubleshoot errors, and optimize system performance.
  • Perform critical analysis of test results and implement solutions.
  • Execute software development and deployment based on build specifications, driving initiatives to completion.
  • Collaborate with network administrators, systems analysts, and software engineers to resolve issues.
  • Conduct technical code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Work within an iterative development methodology.
  • Triage and manage incident requests.
  • Maintain understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and configuration management in cloud ecosystems.
  • Apply specialized knowledge within the department, with some cross-area familiarity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies.
  • 3-5 years of advanced integrations and API development experience.
  • Experience with cloud technologies in integrations and APIs.
  • Leadership experience as a technical lead is preferred.

Competencies, Knowledge, and Skills

  • Technical expertise and influence skills.
  • Deep knowledge of application lifecycle management, system integrations, web services, data modeling, API development (Axway, Boomi), SOAP, XML, REST, JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of Azure services like App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, SQL DB, Cosmos DB.
  • Experience with Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform.
  • Proficiency with REST, ODATA, SOAP web services/APIs.
  • Experience with Databricks and Azure Data Factory.
  • Experience with C# and .NET frameworks.
  • Understanding of architectural styles like Event-Driven, CQRS, Microservices, Monoliths.
  • Knowledge of software engineering practices, coding standards, source control, testing, and operations.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with Agile, TDD, Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability to new technologies.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently or collaboratively.

Licensure and Certification

  • Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-203, AZ-305) preferred.

Working Conditions

  • Office environment; may require sitting or standing for extended periods.

Compensation Range

$81,400.00 - $130,200.00. Compensation considers education, experience, role scope, and other factors. May include bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
