Modern Family Law in Georgia is expanding its intake team for a primarily remote role. You will welcome potential clients, guide them through initial interactions, and ensure a smooth intake experience.

Responsibilities include monitoring inquiries across email, chat, and forms; conducting conflict checks; scheduling consultations; and maintaining precise CRM records. The role emphasizes clear communication, empathy, and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in sales, customer service, or related field; legal intake is a plus.
• Typing speed 50 WPM; strong attention to detail.
• Calm, empathetic communication in stressful situations.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Client-focused mindset and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to inquiries via email, chat, and forms.
• Conduct conflict checks to ensure compliance.
• Answer calls with empathy and route to appropriate team members.
• Manage and update client records in the CRM.
• Distribute, collect, and process fee agreements and credit card authorizations; enter details into the system.
• Schedule meetings and initial consultations for attorneys; coordinate calendars.
• Follow up with potential clients via phone, email, or chat to address questions.
• Track and log follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Identify high-priority leads and elevate to attorneys or senior intake team members.
• Participate in weekly intake meetings and contribute to improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing, IT, and sales for smooth experiences.
