Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare insurance verification, eligibility, or referrals.
• Strong understanding of copays, coinsurance, deductibles, and out-of-pocket costs.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance eligibility and behavioral health benefits for patients.
• Review inquiries to confirm age, location, and service eligibility.
