Average compensation is about $1,000 per issued client application; advisors typically enroll five clients weekly, with top performers handling 15–20. Overrides, bonuses, residuals, and travel incentives may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales/consultative selling is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor.
• Ability to manage a client pipeline and close deals.
