Job summary

Integrity FEX is seeking entry-level Insurance Sales Representatives to join as a 1099 independent contractor. No prior insurance experience required; training and licensing guidance provided.

You'll meet clients remotely by phone or video, assess needs, recommend life insurance solutions, and follow up to build lasting relationships. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, coachable, with strong communication and dependable work ethic, able to work independently and manage flexible remote

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required; training provided.
• Licensing guidance offered for Life and Health license.
• Must be able to work remotely and meet clients by phone or video.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients remotely by phone or video.
• Identify client needs and recommend insurance solutions.
• Educate families on life insurance options.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
