Integrity FEX is recruiting entry-level Insurance Sales Representatives to help families protect their financial future through life insurance products. No prior insurance experience is required, as licensing guidance and ongoing coaching are provided.

You will meet with clients remotely by phone or video, learn to assess needs, and recommend suitable solutions. Training, mentorship, and access to multiple carriers are offered, with a flexible remote work setup.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and able to work independently.
• Willing to obtain required Life and Health license; licensing guidance provided.
