Job summary

Responsibilities include engaging with individuals seeking insurance, following up on leads, explaining options, and guiding clients through applications with ongoing training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Licensing preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage.
• Contact and follow up with company leads.
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options.
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments.
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s needs.
• Complete applications and assist clients through the process.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
