No experience is required, with licensing and training provided to help you start in a commission-only environment. Work from home with opportunities to grow, access to multiple carriers and products, and mentorship to support your development in insurance sales.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.

• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals and families who have requested information about insurance coverage.
• Contact and follow up with company leads.
• Help clients understand available insurance and financial protection options.
• Conduct virtual or phone appointments.
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s individual needs.
• Complete applications and assist clients through the process.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
