Allstate Exclusive Agency is seeking a Sales Professional to help customers protect what matters most. You’ll generate new business, cross-sell to existing customers, and guide clients to the right Allstate products.

We provide paid training and licensing support, with uncapped commission and bonus opportunities. You’ll learn through Allstate University and have pathways for career advancement within the agency.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in a sales career (sales experience is a plus!)
• No insurance experience required—we’ll help you get licensed
• Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Excellent communication skills and follow-through
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses
