Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospective clients and leads.
• Conduct phone and virtual consultations.
• Learn about each client’s goals and coverage needs.
• Explain available insurance options clearly and professionally.
• Help clients complete applications and maintain follow-up through the process.
• Participate in sales, product, and professional development training.
