You’ll meet with clients, present tailored life insurance solutions, and build long‑term relationships. No cold calling, flexible schedule, and ongoing professional development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and persuasive sales skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• No experience required – we’ll help you get licensed if you’re not already!
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (for in-person meetings)
• High commission structure with monthly bonuses and residual income.

Responsibilities

• Get Licensed! - Must have or be willing to obtain a life insurance license (we provide guidance and support to help you get licensed).
• Meet with Clients – Assess financial goals and insurance needs, presenting life insurance options.
• Present Tailored Solutions – Deliver tailored life insurance presentations to individuals and groups.
• Close Sales & Earn Big – Guide clients through the application process and close deals.
• Build Long-Term Relationships – Maintain relationships and follow-ups for policy retention.
• Stay Informed – Keep up to date on industry trends and products.
