You will build relationships, drive outreach, and complete licensing coursework while meeting weekly production goals and maintaining accurate records in the agency system.

Qualifications

• Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication.
• Driven to keep outreach going day after day without being told.
• Must hold active Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses; unlicensed applications cannot be considered.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships through consultative conversations about coverage needs.
• Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals.
• Participate in product training and licensing coursework.
• Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system.
